Gerleman began to support his claim during his cross-examination of Greg Weitz, a Winnebago County Sheriff's Detective assigned to the Lake Winnebago Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group, who testified that there were not surveillance photos, videos or drug evidence from the nearly two-year investigation into Wilson that would be presented during the trial.
