According to the criminal complaint, sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Reighmoor Road and State Highway 21 Monday at 8:05 p.m. Richard Bielinski, a passenger in a vehicle driven by Joseph A. Bielinski, 61, was transported from the crash scene to Theda Clark Medical Center via medical hospital.
