EUnanimously approved a conditional use permit and rezoning request to establish a retail strip center at 312 N. Koeller St. Developers Andy and Art Dumke, of Bros LLC, intend to purchase and combine several parcels on the southeast corner of North Koeller Street and Lombard Avenue, renovate the properties and convert them into newer commercial/retail spaces.
