Abstract (Document Summary)
The complaints stem from an incident in which police responded to an overcrowded concert at the Sanctuary, 527 DeSiard St. Police, along with Monroe fire investigator Walter Jones, stopped the event because Hijazi did not have the appropriate capacity signs posted, did not have the exits properly identified and had a chain on the back door.
