First place honors went to Mike Busa on the Black-N-Blue with his 305-1/2-pound thresher shark, second was claimed by Barry Zeldon on the One More Drift with his 298-pound thresher and third was earned by George Robinson on the Polarizer with a 182-pound mako shark. 79 total sharks were caught in the tournament, most of which were blue sharks. More and more anglers are running offshore for the shark bite like the crew of the Jack & Ginger II who hooked a 135-pound mako.
