Prince Albert XIX is spending his retirement years actively promoting the Acadian culture as festival director with the Acadian Memorial Foundation, past grand master of the L'Ordre Du Bon Temps organization and as president of Louisiane-Acadie, Inc., overseeing the coordination of the international Grand Reveil Acadien GRA (Great Acadian Awakening). Prince Albert XIX is also a member of the Acadiana Cup Golfers International Team, Delta Waterfowl, and the Confrerie D'Abbeville (Giant Omelette Festival).
