At least two other political parties say they now have enough petition signatures to be on the Florida presidential ballot in November, although there may be legal fights along the way.

The Reform Party, organized by 1992 candidate Ross Perot, and the Libertarian Party, the nation's third-largest party behind the Democrats and Republicans, both say they have enough signatures.

Patricia Muth, a spokeswoman for the Reform Party in Florida, declined to say how many signatures it has gathered but said the total was more than enough. The Reform Party began gathering signatures in February.
