[Georgann Crudup] is the mother of [Billy Crudup], a stage and screen actor; of Tommy, a producer for the Rosie O'Donnell Show; and of Brooks, an aspiring writer. The mother and her sons are all involved in the drama in Manhattan these days.

Representatives from King's College at the Empire State Building hand out booklets titled "Fallen But Not Forgotten." People talk in hushed tones. Two blocks from the rubble, the sky is filled with tiny particles of ash that resemble a light snow flurry. Six weeks after the disaster, the fires still burn.

One of the high profile musicals in regional theaters may finally be Broadway-bound. It is The Visit, a new musical from songwriters John Kander and Fred Ebb and playwright and former Tampa Bay resident Terrence McNally. The show opened two weeks ago in Chicago, starring Chita Rivera.
