Keith McCants sat in the visitors locker room at Three Rivers Stadium, gushing like the original Oiler.
His Houston teammates were toasting a league-high seventh straight trip to the post-season, but McCants was beginning to relish the thought of his first.
"Let me tell you something, this is big-time. This is football," McCants said Sunday, moments after the Oilers dethroned the defending AFC Central Division champion Steelers, 26-17. "I haven't had a winning season since I left college, and it feels great to win again.
