GRANT, [Elizabeth Chipinski] A. "Ann" Age 72, of Sunnyvale, CA, passed away Jan. 29, 2009. Ann was born in Mississippi to the late David & Hazel Cochran. After living in Newark, DE and working for the DuPont Company for 30' years, Ann retired and moved to Clear-water. While in Clearwater she worked for AIG. She then moved to Mountain View, CA. In addition to her parents, Ann was predeceased by her son Lawrence D. Ezell and her brother F. Roy Cochran. She is survived by her daughter Debbie Chas and husband Tom of Newark, DE; her son John Ezell and wife Jennifer of Mountain View; her brother W. David Cochran & wife [Peggy Paddock]; daughter-in-law Kim Ezell; 6 grandchildren; & 6 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, Mountain View, on Thursday, Feb. 5 at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ann's honor to the American Diabetes Assoc. RYEL, Susanna 62, of Seminole, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2009. Born in Trenton, NJ. She was part owner of the Sand Dune Motel. She was a secretary for the Trenton Police Department for 25 years. For many years, Susie Ryel served as treasurer for the island's Hotel-Motel/ Hospitality Association. Susie participated in the promotion of many local projects in Treasure Island. Among those was support of the city's bell tower and the engraved bricks on the Treasure Island sidewalks. Many people, indeed, were quietly helped by a very generous Susie Ryel. She was preceded in death by her parents [Earl F. Elliott] and [Theresa Sue Powell]. She is survived by her husband Vincent J. Ryel of Seminole; and his brothers, Raymond Ryel of Seminole and John (Marie) Ryel of NJ; sons, John (Cindy) Zimmerman of Jackson Township, NJ and Keith ([Sharon Frost]) Zimmerman, NJ; grandchildren, Justin & Kyle Zimmerman, Anthony Ippolito & Halie (La-La) Zimmerman of NJ; sister Patricia (Henry) Muellar of NJ; brother Earl (Marlene) Dey of NJ and a special 'adopted' grandchild Sgt. Timmy Hartman, stationed in Iraq. There will be a Public Visitation from 1-4 pm on Friday, Feb. 6, 2009, at the funeral home. Reese Funeral Home 727-391-9954
