CBS AIMS TO ATTRACT MALE VIEWERS WITH NEW FALL LINEUP
[SUN-SENTINEL Edition]
Sun Sentinel
-
Fort Lauderdale
The remaining new CBS shows are Everything's Relative, a domestic comedy starring Anne Jackson, which has a fair shot at 8:30 p.m. Mondays, following the popular Kate & Allie; and Leg Work, with a charming actress, Margaret Colin, in what seems to be a one-hour, comedy/drama extension of her flop 1986 lawyer sitcom, Foley Square. Truth to tell, Leg Work, despite its sexist title and somewhat leering tone, is the best and brightest of CBS' new series. But CBS has put it up against NBC's The Golden Girls and Amen, 9 p.m. Saturdays, so expect a quick fold. Reproduced with permission of the copyright owner.
