Voted the best cultural event in 2008 by the Oregon Festivals and Events Association, the festival brings international communities together for two days of nonstop, vibrant entertainment. Because there are 125 performances and demonstrations scheduled during the two-day festival, organizers suggest that attendees plan out in advance what they want to see in order to make the most of the weekend.
