A>> Eunique George, 31, of Cleveland Avenue in Ithaca, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and second-degree obstructing governmental administration, accused of driving in an intoxicated condition while his privilege to drive was previously suspended or revoked, and fleeing the scene of a traffic stop and refusing to comply with repeated requests to stop so police could complete their investigation around Nov. 20 in the City of Elmira.
