Abstract (Document Summary)

Steven Garrett Lamb bragged to federal drug agents in California that he could get them all the marijuana they wanted.

Lamb, 36, was being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in San Diego late Thursday and is awaiting extradition to Florida, Drug Enforcement Agency officials said. He has been in federal prison since his Dec. 20 arrest.

Lamb was one of the ``Pass-a-Grille boys`` - a group of St. Petersburg Beach youths who used their boats and sailing skills to run a lucrative drug smuggling operation in the 1960s and early 1970s.
