Big challenge for young Scot in film debut

STEVEN Robertson has just finished a film with Orlando Bloom, Liam Neeson and Jeremy Irons. If that's not enough, it was directed by Ridley Scott. Steven, a 27-year-old from Shetland, is one of the rising generation of Scottish actors who were inspired to believe they could have a film career by the likes of [Kevin McKidd] and Robert Carlyle, as well as the rest of the Trainspotting brigade. The multi-million dollar budget of Kingdom of Heaven - $100million-plus, according to some sources - is light years away from Steven's film debut in Inside I'm Dancing, which opens in Glasgow this week.
