The weather always heats up after a glacial, duh! "The Other Climate Theory," an opinion piece Sept. 7 in the Wall Street Journal about the work of Danish physicist Henrik Svensmark, of the European Organization for Nuclear Research, also known as CERN, cites the theory that sub-atomic particles, "cosmic rays" and solar winds from the sun affect the Earth's weather.
