Abstract (Document Summary)

During her visit, which coincided with the school's Reunion '85 activities and its celebration of Wheeler Day, Vanderbilt hosted a private reception in the Wheeler Gallery for Angel contributors to the Wheeler Hall (auditorium) renovation project expected to begin this summer. She was also guest of honor at a dinner - and at the student performance of Brigadoon.

Escorted by headmaster William C. Prescott Jr., and chairman of the day, Mrs. Howard Armbrust, Vanderbilt and the more than 100 guests were then - very appropriately - piped into Wheeler Hall for Brigadoon.
