Would you please explain pre-migraines? My pre-symptom is tunnel vision. I was told this is due to clotting of blood supplying the vision part of my brain. I take propranolol to prevent the headaches. Will that also prevent the pre-migraine symptoms? What about exercise?
Costochondritis is inflammation of the tissue that holds ribs together - "costo" means rib, "chondro" means cartilage.
