The majority of Chatham Oaks' funding comes from the county, but changes put in place under the Mental Health & Disability Services Redesign passed by the Legislature this year have made funding for the facility -- and all county-funded service providers -- uncertain, said Kris Artley, director of Johnson County Mental Health & Disability Services.
