NCS Pearson has agreed to pay $100,000 in back wages and interest to 67 Asian job seekers as well as offer associate software development positions and retroactive seniority to at least four people as positions become available, according to a news release from the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
