When he hosts this year's 10th annual Battleship Ride next Sunday, he'll be ready for another competitive season, this time riding with the U.S. Military Cycling Team. Last year, while competing with the local Team Subaru, he had a banner year: >> He won the Florida State Time Trial Championships in the masters division in Clermont in October. >> He finished second in the Florida State Road Race Championships. >> He was named Master's Champion for the LAMBRA Cup, the championship of the Louisiana-Mississippi Bicycle Racing Association. >> He earned the Master's Champion title for the Rouge Roubaix Bicycle Race, a grueling 106-mile race with three gravel sections.
