First Circuit State Attorney Bill Eddins' office is not handling the investigation because the two offices have a close relationship, said Greg Marcille, assistant state attorney. In 1993, The Florida Board of Bar Examiners requested information from Henderson regarding his "discharge from the U.S. Navy under less than honorable conditions" and his apparent failure to reveal a court-martial conviction in his application to FSU law school, according to a letter from the Bar Examiners to Henderson.\n
