[Mary D'Arcy], who is now 30 years old, still lives in Weehawken because, she said, "you'd have to be a millionaire to live in Manhattan with the same lifestyle." But on weekends, she and her husband, Karl Jurman, a pianist and theater conductor, go off to Spring Lake, N.J., to paint and plaster a house they recently bought.
