NANCY ALLEN STARS IN A LIFETIME FIRST
[3 STAR Edition]
Orlando Sentinel

Orlando, Fla.
[NANCY ALLEN] has done little television work thus far, her only other made-for-TV movie credit being the 1986 adventure The Gladiator with Ken Wahl. "I've been very, very selective in the roles that I've chosen over the years," she explains, "and consequently, the time between jobs can be long. Now that there's so much work opening up in cable, featurewise, I've sort of broadened the spectrum and taken a look at what's going on there. There aren't enough roles to go around, so you have to look everywhere." Allen adds that the chance to headline Lifetime's maiden venture in the movie-drama realm was an extra lure: "They put a lot of care and enthusiasm into it, and it's exciting to be part of a 'first'. Also, this isn't just a suspense film, but something I could really get my acting teeth into." Reproduced with permission of the copyright owner.
