WAREHOUSES APPRECIATE AT THE HIGHEST RATE
[3 STAR Edition]
Orlando Sentinel
-
Orlando, Fla.
Condominiums in Orange County had a fast drop-off in appreciation, from 12.4 percent in 1980 to 6.9 percent in 1986. The average was 9.8 percent with a risk factor of 11.5. The trend shows that "yields may be declining and risks rising for condo buyers," [William Weaver] said. "It would not be surprising to find 2 to 3 percent appreciation rates in 1988 with the same 10 to 12 percent risk factor." Reproduced with permission of the copyright owner.
