Workplace reporter Diane Sears Campbell writes on employment issues each Wednesday in Living. She also does a "Career Makeover" each Sunday in Business & Money. She welcomes your questions and suggestions. Mail: The Orlando Sentinel, MP-6, P.O. Box 2833, Orlando, 32802-2833. Phone: (407) 420-5369. If your company has fewer than 15 employees, it's too small to be covered under the federal anti-discrimination laws. So if the boss is the owner, then you might be out of luck. Your only recourse, if you're gutsy enough, is to go to the boss, tell him how you feel and try to get him to change his ways. Obviously, you'll be putting your job on the line.
