"The children did in fact go to law enforcement shortly after Dr. [Ezra] Greenspan passed away and they got the autopsy, in cluding the chemical anal ysis," Michael Kutzin, a Greenspan family lawyer, said yesterday. Greenspan died from "hypertensive cardiovas cular disease," which was worsened by high levels of a Parkinson's disease drug found in his blood system - a finding that Greenspan's children believe is proof of a purposeful drug overdose given to their father. In the bombshell $5 million suit, Greenspan's children - David Greenspan, Ellen Haya and Karen Lind, who is married to [Richard Lind] - accuse their stepmom of abusing their 85-year-old father in the three years prior to his death in 2004.
