The Bistro salad featured mixed greens, sliced almonds, pear and a lovely fresh goat cheese with poppy seed dressing. Pan-seared trout ($17), Creole catfish ($16), grilled salmon ($19) and crab cakes ($22) are some of the seafood entrees, and each are paired with their own special sauce and vegetable combinations.
