The centers are Quaker Bridge Mall in Lawrence, N.J.; New Park Mall in Newark, Calif.; Sunnyvale Mall in Sunnyvale, Calif., and Brunswick Mall in East Brunswick, N.J. ******* Westfield's Purchases R.H. Macy & Co. properties that Westfield will acquire: South Shore Mall, Bay Shore, 858,000 square feet of retail space. [Macy]'s and J.C. Penney are major stores. Garden State Plaza, Paramus, N.J., 1.3 million square feet of retail space. Macy's and J.C. Penney are major stores. A 44-acre development tract in Paramus, N.J., adjacent to the Garden State Plaza shopping center. Bay Fair Mall, San Francisco, 764,000 square feet of retail space. Macy's and Montgomery Ward are major stores.
