Abstract (Document Summary)

HBO. "Tales From the Crypt" returns Oct. 2. Tracey Ullman stars in two comedy specials (October and November). Made-fors: Daryl Hannah stars in "Attack of the 50 Ft. Woman" in December; "Attica" premieres in January. Theatrical premieres include "The Last of the Mohicans" and "Under Siege" (October), "A River Runs Through It" and "Hero" (November).

COMEDY CENTRAL. "Abbott & Costello Meet Seinfeld" has Jerry Seinfeld hosting episodes of the '50s A & C show (today from noon to 10 p.m.). "Mystery Science Theater 3000" changes hosts from Joel Hodgson to Mike Nelson (Oct. 23 and 30). The series "Drive-In Reviews" (November) offers humorous reviews of "chop 'n' sock" video movies. The stand-up and sketch special "Out There" (December) will be shot in San Francisco on Oct. 11's National Coming Out Day.

USA. "Silk Stalkings" starts a new season exclusively on USA tomorrow at 10. Stacy Keach hosts the reality series "Case Closed" starting Saturday at 7. The "Duckman" adult cartoon debuts in January, adapted from the Dark Horse comics, with music by Frank Zappa. World Premiere Movies continue, and repeats of "Major Dad" and "Wings" join the weekday lineup (7 & 11 p.m.).
