Abstract (Document Summary)

We reviewed several new video games for the Sega Genesis Entertainment System. Here are our opinions about them: Where In Time Is Carmen Sandiego? by Electronic Arts ($60). Following the theme of the popular TV show, you travel through different countries in time, from 400 A.D. to the 1950s, looking for clues to catch Carmen and her gang of criminals. As detective, it's your job to find the information that leads you to them. Unlike most other video games which contain fast-paced action, this one is more educational. You can play it in five languages: English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. Included is an encylopedia to help find clues. We give it an 8. Krusty's Super Fun House by Acclaim ($50). Bart Simpson's sarcastic hero, Krusty the Clown, stars in this adventure game.
