 Abstract (Document Summary)

[Paul Sullivan] said Lohan's family owned a successful pasta business in New York, affording upper-class Lohan a life without having to work very hard. Lohan inherited, then sold, the family business, then traded futures, opened a cafe in Cold Spring Harbor and co-invented pasta-flavored potato chips he calls Denata's Pasta Chips. Within the past year, he has developed two reality TV shows, one focusing on celebrity journalism, the other on his own family.

In that case, Lohan pleaded guilty to aggravated harassment and is awaiting sentencing. To date, Lohan has been convicted of seven criminal charges in the past year, and is awaiting trial on his most recent arrest last week - for allegedly plowing into a tree while drunk.
