The Daytime Emmy Awards are given out today at Radio City Music Hall. At the Emmy Online site at www.emmyonline.org, you'll find all of the nominees listed in several categories, including my favorite - "Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling" - followed by my second favorite: "Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling in a Dramatic Series." (Less hairspray, in case you were wondering.)

Soap operas figure prominently in the awards (Susan Lucci hosts the ceremony) and also at About.com's site for daytime drama fans at soaps.about.com/entertainment/soaps/ mbody.htm, where you can participate in a number of chats and forums.
