Unlike the weird monsters of the weekend's big movie, the spaced-out [George] Clinton and his P-Funk All-Stars have only one weapon: funk. But they should be making the most of it tonight, forcing humanoids to helplessly shake their earthbound booties at the second of two fund-raising shows for Central Park SummerStage (tonight at 6 p.m.; general admission $25, reserved seats $50). Clinton, who was regarded as one of the prime movers of heavy-duty punk during the '70s, has influenced any number of rap, blues and soul artists during the past two decades. His longtime musical colleagues Bootsy Collins and Bernie Worrell are scheduled to join the All-Stars on stage. Tomorrow at 3 p.m., in what may turn out to be an inspired teaming, Yoko Ono will headline a bill with the Japanese-via-East Village duo, Cibo Matto, and a third act, avant-garde musician John Zorn and his newest group, Masada.
