Artist [Malcolm Parcell], known for landscapes and portraits,died of heart failure Wednesday night. He was 91. Mr. Parcell was best known for paintings of his mother and hiswife, Helen, who died in 1984. His landscapes were inspired by the western Pennsylvania woodlands.
