Nethers was charged with five counts of illegal cultivation of marijuana, one second-degree felony and four third-degree felonies; one count of tampering with records, a third-degree felony; two counts of possession of marijuana, one fifth-degree felony and one first-degree misdemeanor; one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor; and one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a first-degree felony with a forfeiture specification.
