Hassan D. McNair, 34, last known address 135 Roberts St., Wintersville, was sentenced to one year in prison after he was found guilty of one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony; possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor; and carrying a concealed weapon, a first-degree misdemeanor. On Jan. 17, McNair was stopped for a traffic violation and found with 18 oxycodone pills, a bag of marijuana, 69 Vicodin tablets and brass knuckles, according to court records.
