UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE, 8:20 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 21, Patrolman Andrew McCluskey was working a boys' basketball game at North Hunterdon High School when school officials reported an intoxicated female in the crowd, police said. McCluskey observed the female, Cortney Cox, 18, of Califon, confirmed that she appeared intoxicated and as he approached her, immediately detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage upon her breath, police said.
