Fred Carter Jr., Jacqueline (Walter) Samuel, Wallace Carter, Bernice Alexander, Norma (Roosevelt) Tarrance, Ruby N. Carter and Carla Seals;18 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law, Leola Buchanan, Willie Lee Carter and Willie Pearl Norman; a host of loving and devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
