Gourdine said those leading the rally will address parents' concerns as well as those of teachers, including how teachers can protect and motivate students in the classroom; how to keep students' minds centered and focused on learning; eliminating violence in and near schools; and how administrators and teachers can work together to develop new and creative ways to provide students with different learning experiences.
