Det. Larry Straver said police have dubbed the man the "PM Bandit" because he strikes in the afternoon. "He just looks like an average guy," Straver said. "He indicates that he has a gun."

"We just want the public to really take notice of people in banks with sunglasses and baseball hats. That's usually a dead giveaway that something is up. Most people don't wear their sunglasses in a bank," Straver said.
