UPDATED: Weather a factor in Pickering, Whitby deaths

The Ford was struck on the passenger side by a Dodge Ram truck driven by a 28-year-old Ajax man, said Durham Regional Police. A Chevrolet Lumina driven by a 36-year-old Brougham man then struck the Dodge truck after the initial collision. The driver of the Ford was pronounced dead at the scene and the other two drivers were not injured. Reproduced with permission of the copyright owner.
