Nine of the 29 Peel Regional Police graduates sworn in during a ceremony Wednesday call Brampton home, and 15 of the grads have been assigned to one of Brampton's two divisions. "Every officer is a leader," Peel Regional Police Chief Jennifer Evans told the graduating group of brand new recruits. Senior officers, family and friends gathered for the swearing-in ceremony at Mississauga's Emil V. Kolb Centre Wednesday afternoon.
