Earlier Sunday, the Eagles edged the Terriers 2-1 to conclude the round-robin. Mississauga finished the preliminary round with a win, a loss and two ties, good for second place and a trip to the final. In other round-robin games, the Terriers won 2-1 over California's Channel Island Riptide while tying Manitoba's Miles MacDonnell Buckeyes 3-3 and the Chicago Bruins 1-1.
