Abstract (Document Summary)

Accompanying [Kathy Robinson] is Lynn Eldredge, who plays Sister Hubert, second in command at the Little Sisters of Hoboken, N.J., the "Nunsense" convent forced to raise emergency funds through a hilarious variety show. "Nunsense" is also contributing to the coffers of PSC; the show's run has been extended to Dec. 16.

"Nunsense" has been habit-forming for Robinson and Eldredge. Robinson has appeared in three productions of the show; Eldredge has been in six.

If Robinson and Eldredge wanted to, they could work up an act as a female comedy team. In fact, their improvisational sense, wickedly witty humor and comedic timing are part of what makes "Nunsense" so much fun. Eldredge has her own club act and was an original member of San Francisco's "Beach Blanket Babylon." Robinson sings at Manhattan cabarets and was a writer and cast member of KYW-TV's "Saturday Nite Dead." "I'm the ad-lib queen," Robinson proclaims.
