GERLACH SPENT $52,000 TO WIN STATE SENATE'S 44TH DISTRICT SEAT
[THIRD Edition]
Morning Call
-
Allentown, Pa.
[James Gerlach], a two-term state representative from Chester County's 155th District, raised $65,293, more than seven times the amount raised by [Barry Robertson]'s campaign. Gerlach's campaign committee also paid $20,500 for political consultants who worked on the campaign. The majority of that money went to Mike Pincus, a West Chester lawyer who acted as Gerlach's campaign manager. The largest single contributions came from Robertson's business partner, Carl Stahl, and Samuel Morris, whom Gerlach unseated when he won the 155th District seat.
