Joseph M. Knise Jr., 32, of Honeysuckle Road, Bethlehem, drove the van into Ann Talaber of 1031 Wood St., Bethlehem, at 2:26 p.m. as she was crossing the street at Center Street and Elizabeth Avenue, Bethlehem police said.
