Citizens State Bank of Loyal and Forward Financial Bank will purchase Colby-based Community Bank of Central Wisconsin early next year if agreements between the banks are approved by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. Citizens State Bank of Loyal has agreed to purchase the Marshfield branch of CBCW along with the branch's deposits and loans.
