Weldon, nine months in prison and $120 in restitution for trafficking in drugs Charles L. Reuer Sr., four years in prison for probation violation Desiree Campbell, 18, Shelby, 18 months probation, a $750 fine and restitution as ordered for breaking and entering and theft Joseph K. Smith, 21, two and a half years probation and $80 in restitution for two counts of trafficking in drugs Donald Martindale, 44, Huber Heights, five years probation, a $1,500 fine and restitution as ordered for felonious assault Jerry Kimberlin, 52, two years probation, a $500 fine and $160 in restitution for permitting drug abuse Montret T. Chapman, 21, South Main Street, four years in prison for robbery
