Cause of death was accidental overdose of lethal levels of Oxycodone and "significant interaction" between other drugs in his system, according to the Franklin County Coroner's office. A very chaotic life Gasparac saw more chaos during 1996 than some people experience during their lifetime: * Rescue squad took him to MedCentral's emergency room June 25 after he became agitated at work, was seen talking to himself, hit the wall with a truck and got a cut below the lip requiring stitches. * He was taken to the ER again July 31, 1996, after rescue squad crew found him blue in the face and lips in the woods, after he was seen sniffing paint thinner.
